Ghyll Royd Summer Camp- Week 2

Good Afternoon All,

Im just contacting you regarding the outline of next week- Our Weekly Theme is 'Exploring the World' and each day on camp we will be dedicating it to a country. Each day for the final session on camp, we will try a small snack from each of the countries on that day. We have reviewed the campers that are joining us and at this time, there is no dietary requirements, if you are concerned by this, please let us know.

Monday is 'Interesting India'- A couple of highlights, we will be making some clay candle holders, in-keeping with the festival of light- Diwali and getting into a competitive game of cricket. 

Tuesday is 'Unstoppable USA'- We will kick off the day with some basketball, campers will make their own American football team and little teepees.

Wednesday is 'Marvellous Mexico'- We will be playing some volleyball as well as (because its so hot in Mexico) we will be making a water balloon piñata for campers to smash!

Thursday is 'Incredible Italy'- Making some pasta necklaces, playing some intense football and recycling some milk cartons into our very own masterpieces.

Friday is 'UNITED Kingdom'- Playing at some Wimbledon level standards we will start with tennis before taking part in a riverside walk!
