Next Week @ Camp Ilkley! :)

Hi all,

Its Daniel Hatton- your site manager at Ghyll Royd School over the next week! Just giving you an update with what's happening next week.

The theme of the week is of course Halloween! So we will be doing lots of activities based around the theme.

A few things to note for the week are

Monday- We will be undertaking a full camp scavenger hunt with lots of fun activities such as pumpkin painting and dodgeball happening during the day.

Tuesday- We will be battling it out in our Halloween olympics event- we also have some fire building happening this day, so please use clothing that you don't mind smelling a little of smoke and wrap up warm!

Wednesday- We will be having our camp UV halloween party, we will bust out some UV lights and faceprint and watch it glow! If you have a fancy dress costume you'd like to show off, this is the day!! We will also be learning a little bit of dancing from the iconic thriller music video.

Thursday- We will be having our bikes and scooters day, so please if you have a bike or scooter you can transport we can take them onto the playground and ride!

Friday- To wrap up the week we will be playing some Halloween party games (for sweets of course) and be making some lovely hot chocolate!

We can't wait to see you there next week- for a full list of the activities there will be a plan placed next to the registration desk in the morning. Of course all activities are weather permitting so if we do get rained on things might change a little.
